These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations and the establishment, content and fulfillment of all agreements to be concluded between aardig as contractor and clients. Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

General Terms and Conditions: the present general terms and conditions, regardless of the form in which they are made known, both on paper and electronically.
Services: all work and other activities that are the subject of any offer, quotation, agreement, or other legal act in the relationship between Contractor and Client.
Products: all movable goods that are the subject of any offer, quotation, agreement, or other legal act in the relationship between Contractor and Client.
Agreement: The agreement or order confirmation between Client and aardig based on which aardig performs Work for Client.
Client: natural or legal person who enters into or has entered into an agreement with Contractor or for whose benefit the legal act is/will be performed based on which Services are provided to this party.
Contractor: the legal entity described in Article 1 of these general terms and conditions.
Work: All work for which Client has given an assignment, including design, development, and consultancy work.
Website: any virtual location on the World Wide Web or similar form of disclosure or making information available, through which Services or information are made available, including www.aardig.amsterdam and all other sites registered under Contractor's name.
SIDN: The Foundation for Internet Domain Registration.
Hosting: providing disk space for a website on Contractor's server and providing disk space for email messages.
Software: all software, scripts, and code, together with the layout of the interface and associated files: images, animations, videos, and sound files.
